| Eeek! After my degree check with Jason Blankenship (which was awesome...I now have 3 minors, with no extra work involved...) he emailed Dr. McCray because he thought I'd be a contender for some scholarships that might pay for grad school at St. Andrews. Dr. McCray emailed me last night saying I need to come in tomorrow and talk to her about applying for the Marshall Scholarship, which is due Oct 1st. I'm extremely happy that they both think I'm a terrific student, but I kind of wish someone had told me this a little earlier. I have to get 4 recommendations and finish the application for a prestigious scholarship, all in only 2 weeks. | | |
| I keep trying to type "United States" in my International Organization paper, but every time I end up typing "Untied States" instead. I'm sure Sydnee would get a kick out of it, but after laughing she would mark me down for a spelling error. | | |

| I really don't get why girls who have their period (and you know they do because you can hear them opening things) don't wash their hands after their trip to the bathroom. Especially when they see someone else in there washing their hands. It's not just disgusting for them, but for all of us...I now have to use a paper towel to touch the door because I don't want to think about what these girls have done and where their hands have been. The slobs on my floor are so disgusting and uncaring. It really bothers me, probably more than it should, but I'm tired of this crap (literally...it was smeared all over the toilet seat). At this age, there is no excuse for BASIC hygiene. | | |
| I can't bear to watch the game....I'm going to have to shut myself up in my room, turn on my iPod and write my papers. I really really want us to win, not only because it would be great for the team, but also so the Maroneys will stop lording over us with the superiority of LSU...
But watching it is going to be too nerve-wracking, and I have homework I need to do. | | |
